The Kana Samurai Foundation (KSF) is dedicated to honoring, preserving, and protecting Indigenous cultures across the Americas, beginning with the Noke Koi people of the Brazilian Amazon. Our mission is to support cultural continuity by strengthening the foundations that allow communities to sustain themselves with dignity and autonomy on their ancestral lands.
KSF partners directly with Indigenous leaders to address challenges through three interconnected areas: health and water security, food systems and nutrition, and shelter and cultural infrastructure. Across all areas, educating and vocational training are central to our approach.
By pairing infrastructure, education, training, and regenerative capital, KSF helps Indigenous communities meet immediate needs while building long-term self-sufficiency, allowing culture to be lived, practiced, and passed on to future generations.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to honoring, preserving, and protecting Indigenous cultures across the Americas, starting with the Noke Koi Nation of the Brazilian Amazon.
We do this by:
- Supporting tribal leadership
- Providing clean water, food, education, and shelter
- Vocational training, regenerative capital, and community-owned trade
- Preserving language, ceremony, and sacred medicine traditions
- Upholding the principle of Ayni – sacred reciprocity
