Lisa Grafos is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and attorney with more than two decades of experience spanning law, investment, and business. After earning her law degree from the University of Southern California, she began her career practicing construction law before transitioning into real estate investment and development, where she acquired, developed, and repositioned residential and commercial properties.

In 2009, Lisa co-founded CORE40, a boutique fitness and wellness company with studios in California and Europe dedicated to building strength, resilience, and community. Across her work in business, development, and wellness, she has focused on creating spaces and ventures that foster connection, well-being, and responsible stewardship of the natural world.

Lisa lives in Costa Rica with her husband, daughter, and mother, embracing the richness of multigenerational living while developing a retreat center rooted in wellness and connection to nature. She serves on the Board of the Kana Samurai Foundation, supporting the foundation’s partnerships with Indigenous communities working to protect ancestral lands, preserve cultural traditions, and safeguard the Amazon rainforest for future generations.
